The Story
In the depths of space, a lone robot awakens on a distant, hostile planet. Your mission: collect vital resources to sustain your creators back home. But this world harbors dark secrets.
The planet is infested with mysterious creatures called Polten - parasitic entities that possess and animate inanimate objects, turning everyday items into deadly adversaries. What was once a simple mining operation has become a fight for survival.
Gameplay
You Don't Belong is an indie rogue-lite dungeon crawler that challenges players to explore procedurally generated dungeons while battling possessed objects and collecting resources.
Core Mechanics:
- Dungeon Exploration: Navigate through dangerous, ever-changing dungeon layouts
- Combat System: Fight against Polten creatures that have possessed various objects
- Progression: Purchase and upgrade weapons and equipment between runs
